2023 SOS 15th Jack Hesler Tournament
The 2023 SOS 15th Jack Hesler Tournament was a multiday event held Sunday, July 23 through Wednesday, July 26.
The tournament was held at The Club at Olde Stone in Bowling Green, KY.
Event Detail:
- The Hesler will have two sets of tees: Senior and Super Senior. Legend and GM entries will be accepted on a committee approved basis but will play from either the Senior Tee or the Super Senior tee.
- The Jack Hesler is open to SOS members.
- 96 players over 54 holes of medal play at scratch.
- Four divisions: Senior (55-64) ~6500 yards, Super Senior (65-69) ~6200 yards, Legend (70-74), and Grand Master (75+). Legend and Grand Masters will play from a third set of tees at ~5900 yards, and compete in their own divisions.
- Sunday, July 23 practice round afternoon shotgun.
- Monday and Tuesday, July 24-25 rounds are 8:00 a.m. from 1st and 10th tees.
- Wednesday, July 26 final round is also tee times at 8:00 a.m. from 1st and 10th tees.
- SOS Points, Amateurgolf.com, WAGR and Golfweek Points.
- Entries will open to members on May 12, 2023.
- Prize Fund $125 per player ($10,500 full field).
